Mosque Security Events

Since the Christchurch attacks in New Zealand that killed 51 innocent worshippers, the dedicated Mosque Security team has visited 30 cities in the UK to provide bespoke Mosque Security training and support to Mosques and Islamic Centres to ensure institutions and its congregations are safe and secure. We have also been invited to France, New Zealand and Australia to take part in conferences & research relating to protecting places of worship.
Within this context of heightened Islamophobia and rising far-right animosity to Mosques, Faith Associates has been been advising and supporting Mosques and Islamic Centres on implementing steps to ensure that the institution, the management and the congregation understand the risks that exists and are prepared to deal with any issues, should they occur. Faith Associates is ready to play its part in continuing to train Mosques leaders and volunteers on how to safeguard and protect their places of worship.
